Week 25

Last Friday our big guy weighed in at 17 pounds 4 ounces, with his clothes on.
I haven't scanned it into the computer yet, but he did sit on Santa's lap last Tuesday, and the baby of a million facial expressions had none. Maybe next year.

We are practicing posing for a family picture. Now we just need to work on getting Ben and Shadow in the picture too.

He can't seem to spend enough time on his feet. If he is on his back and he grabs your fingers, he can pull/push himself to standing.
What do you think, is he practicing for his American Idol debut? We already know he is going to be a genius pianist. Will he sing too?
Still no teeth, but he can't get enough of his hand. He is a slobbering fool.
His cousins, Avery and Brynn, discovered that putting their hair in his face made him laugh... and laugh...

and laugh.
Where did they go?
Finally, Uncle Casey came for a visit and we got some pictures.
Carrots! They went over about as well as rice cereal. Hanging with his daddy. We know the outfit is out of season, but hey, it didn't fit until now.
More stories with auntie.
Who, me?
I didn't do it, honest!
Pinching is one of his favorite newly acquired skills. He is especially fond of the face and neck.

Week 24 continued

Giggling with Daddy!
Playing and laughing with auntie:)

Kisses for auntie:) Reading with auntie:)
We had to get a picture of this hilarious onesie! Sitting in the Bumbo chair, waiting for his big boy food. Walking Shadow

HE DID IT!

He finally rolled over on Saturday, November 15th. I was making the bed for auntie's visit, and he was playing on the ground. I turned around and there he was rolling over his shoulder and popping up on his tummy. I ran and got the camera and here are the pictures. I think he realized how excited I was, and got a big grin himself.

I caught it on video the next day:)

Week 24

He is so close to rolling over. SO CLOSE!

Some tummy time and just plain playing in preparation for the big roll over.

Yes, that is the fire alarm at the very end. No big deal, just daddy making dinner:)

Another playdate with Samantha. Evan loved all her toys!
Isn't he precious?
