Uncle Skeeter and Auntie Risa get a special thank you for Evan's birthday presents because my printer is out of ink, therefore I can't print and mail their thank you. I hope you enjoy getting to watch him unwrap your gift! He loved the packing peanuts!

Gardening and other fun stuff

We have spent a lot of time in the back yard this summer, but when it gets too hot we must play inside. This is just one of the MANY potato head families we have made.Evan: "Daddy, Baby Evan, and Mama going shopping."
A big thank you to Ben's parents and the Costellos for our garden boxes. These pictures are a few weeks old. The zucchini has completely taken over now:)

Bike

We finally bought something that allows us all to go for a bike ride together.

Super Evan

Auntie Alysha got Evan a Superman t-shirt for his birthday, and we have done Superman flying with him on our feet, but this was the first time he wanted a cape. I am not even sure he knows who Superman is, but he sure does like him!

These were his flying arms, but my camera kept missing them.

Pockets

Evan has had a growth spurt this summer. Our first clue was when his arms were finally long enough to put his hands in his pockets. He was pretty proud of himself.

Ice Cream

It is hard to resist ice cream, especially when it is 90+ outside. Thank goodness we have a Rite Aid with Thrifty ice cream!
