Easter

Evan was really able to enjoy all spring has to offer this Easter. He got three Easter baskets (two from the Easter bunny, and one from Grandma Tammy), he was able to try Peeps for the first time, he was surrounded by family, and he got to play outside the majority of the day. The Easter Bunny new all of his favorites, and introduced him to some new favorites.

So glad he is back on the slide. By the end of the day he no longer needed a hand to hold.

Evan wasn't the only one enjoying being outside in the spring air.

Evan's first Peep! Don't feel too sorry for him, the Easter Bunny saved all his other candy for his basket at his Auntie Brooke's house.

Our Little Firefighter

Evan has been putting out fires left and right. It is one of his favorite things to play. It has even surpassed UPS deliveries for awhile. I'm not sure which is more difficult, pretending to be on fire or pretending to be excited about getting the same box delivered multiple times.

Be sure to notice his "seat belt," which he now insists everyone in the car must have fastened before the car starts. This is great, I know, but man sometimes you need the AC or radio running while you wait.

Grandma Tammy came for a visit, and thought he could use an upgrade. Looking good firefighter McClure!

Cousin Alysha was very patient with Evan. She played firefighters all week.

I think the "talkie walkie" was his favorite part.
