Evan continues to surprise us, as I am sure many first/only children do. Out of nowhere he is able to count, not just sequentially, but with one-to-one correspondence (most of the time). He has also become a performer that not only plays instruments but now he sings and directs too! He is a happy boy most of the time, except when he is throwing a typical two year old tantrum. Here he is trying out my rain boots before bath time.

Twister! After getting Hi Ho Cherry-O and Uno Moo out and putting them back again many times, he decided to expand his game selection. This was very entertaining!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
One of his favorite things to do is play UPS. He puts on his hat and shoes and drives his UPS truck around the house delivering packages. I was his assistant on Saturday, but he gave up on me after a little while. Apparently, I am not as good as daddy at this game.
We discovered what looked like the makings of a nest, and when Ben went to take it down, there was already and egg in it. The next day, we saw her too.
Evan has become quite the puzzler. He can put these Dora puzzles together on his own now, with just a few reminders to match up colors or pictures. Awesome!
Mommy and daddy didn't touch one puzzle piece this time.
He was so proud!
