Week 20

A few more pictures. These are off of Grandma Mac's camera.

Just practicing for when he is really big enough...
He wants to be able to control all of his movements so badly...someday soon he will be able to.

Saying good-bye after almost a week with Grandma and Papa Mac.
Playing with his cousin's toys. Neither of them were too thrilled with the idea of sharing grandma.
Just doing what we do best on Saturdays, nothing! Just kidding, we play of course...

All bundled up for the Harvest Festival at school Friday night.
Okay, in these shots he looks like my side of the family. The last one looks like his Uncle Casey to me.

Evan and Uncle Craig This is me putting on my big girl happy face as I get ready to ship out. You can't really tell, but his onesie matches my shirt:). We survived Age of Sail, but boy was I happy to be home!

Week 19

A slow week in the McClure household for pictures. Evan and I were both a little under the weather. Here is another car seat picture for comparison. I leave for Age of Sail in the morning, wish me luck! Not only will I be chaperoning 35 kids in San Francisco, but it will also be my first night away from Evan:( My stomach is knots, but I know he will be fine, it is me I am worried about!

Where is grandma?! Evan has new hair! I tried really hard to get a picture of all his new duck fuzz. It is the weirdest thing, he went to bed on Thursday with just his normal old man hair, and woke up Friday with a crown of duck fuzz. It is so cute!
You can kinda see the old and new hair in this picture...
Evan and mommy playing our latest game, Superman.
Just relaxing on a Saturday afternoon.

Week 19 doctor visit

We just got back from the doctor, and he was a champ! He had 4 immunization shots in his legs and one oral immunization. He cried while she did it, and has been sleeping ever since (it has only been 45 minutes).
For all of you have said to yourself (or to us) how large his head looks. Wrong! His head circumference is almost 16 inches, which sounds huge to me, but is only in the 10th percentile for his age. He weighed in at 14 lbs 7.9 oz, which is the 38th percentile. He measured at 24.25 inches, which is the 22nd percentile. However, for his height and weight combo, I think she said he was in the 70s somewhere. So, he is a little chunky monkey right now but that's okay, since last time he was long for his age. Well, I had better get off the computer and up to work. Evan is spending the day with Nicola, so he can have some one on one time while he recovers from his shots.

Week 18

Evan turned 4 months on Friday, and had his first fever on Monday. Big week! We think it might just be teething, but I guess we will find out when he goes to the doctor tomorrow for his well baby visit and shots. Evan is so close to rolling over. He can go from back to side by himself, and all the way to tummy and back with a little help. Evan got to see his Auntie Alysha for two quick visits, but the pic was on her camera and it got erased:(

A Sunday visit with the Seales.

Evan has turned into an awesome sleeper!

He loves his bedtime routine: bath, books, bed.

We finally found a situation that called for the adorable infant bathrobe. Evan and I went shopping for new pajamas on Saturday. We finished bath time, and they weren't out of the dryer yet, so we busted out the robe...

Bedtime stories with daddy.

Evan loves his mobile, and his doggy blanket.

Mornings with daddy...like father, like son. Aren't they cute? And no, I didn't pose them.
