Evan has been putting out fires left and right. It is one of his favorite things to play. It has even surpassed UPS deliveries for awhile. I'm not sure which is more difficult, pretending to be on fire or pretending to be excited about getting the same box delivered multiple times.

Reading, Singing, Puzzles and Games
Evan continues to surprise us, as I am sure many first/only children do. Out of nowhere he is able to count, not just sequentially, but with one-to-one correspondence (most of the time). He has also become a performer that not only plays instruments but now he sings and directs too! He is a happy boy most of the time, except when he is throwing a typical two year old tantrum. Here he is trying out my rain boots before bath time.
Reading one of his favorite books from the library, Pillow Fight. There is video below of him reading. He is also enjoying his new pillowcase from Sue Prock.

Happy Valentine's Day!
Amazingly, these balloons are still afloat in the guest room...
Testing out his new smock from Grandma Mac. Didn't his cousin Alysha paint a beautiful picture during her visit?
Helping daddy clean up the backyard after a storm.

So happy cleaning...
...until I said it was time for lunch.
"Few more minutes, mama."

Twister! After getting Hi Ho Cherry-O and Uno Moo out and putting them back again many times, he decided to expand his game selection. This was very entertaining!
Mommy's turn for Twister, Evan's turn with the camera. Not bad (the photography I mean).

Watching "bideos on the cooter." Translation, watching videos on the computer.

Just capturing what his room looks like at this stage of his life.
George doesn't get to sleep in his bed with him because "Mama, he is too curious."
Drawings by Brittany and of course he has Dora and Boots

A very long line of trucks!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
One of his favorite things to do is play UPS. He puts on his hat and shoes and drives his UPS truck around the house delivering packages. I was his assistant on Saturday, but he gave up on me after a little while. Apparently, I am not as good as daddy at this game.
We discovered what looked like the makings of a nest, and when Ben went to take it down, there was already and egg in it. The next day, we saw her too.
Singing the alphabet, well at least until he starts screaming it.
TWISTER!
TWISTER!
